TheBIG Picture Based on the TV programme featuring Rolf Harris, we have already produced a picture of the Laughing Cavalier by Frans Hal. This was painted onto 36 10”x 8” panels that were then positioned onto an 5’ x 4’ piece of ply. The result was excellent and it was all completed by club members in a 2-hour Tuesday evening session!
Our first attempt at A multi-panel picture
We then went on to produce a much larger picture (by John Constable) using more panels (96!) and had to use more painters. This was good promotion for our exhibition.
